Ezion bags $94m charter contract in North America
It will be providing a service rig to a national oil major in the region.
The Board of Directors of Ezion Holdings Limited announced that it has secured a charter contract with a value of approximately USD 93.5 million over a 4.5 year period to provide a service rig to be used by a national oil major to support its oil & gas activities in North America.
The Service Rig is expected to be deployed and working in the field of Sonda de Campeche by the 3rd Quarter of 2012 after its refurbishment and upgrading. The above mentioned project will be funded through internal resources as well as bank borrowings.
