The sale is expected to help Noble reduce its debt levels.
Around 99.8% of Noble Group's shareholders agreed to sell its North American gas and power unit to Mercuria Energy Group.
According to KGI, the sale could bring in about $353m (US$261m) based on its Q2 results.
This is higher than the initially announced figure of $335.4m (US$248m).
