IEV Holdings appoints Edward Chen Boon Pok as CFO
He was head of finance and internal audit of a Malaysian oil and gas company.
IEV Holdings announced the appointment of Edward Chen Boon Pok as chief financial officer.
Mr Chen, 46, will ne responsible for financial strategies and planning, treasury and foreign exchange management, tax planning, risk management, internal controls and financial reporting for the company, according to an IEV Holdings report.
He was head of finance and internal audit of a Malaysian oil and gas company from August 2011 to August 2014 and vice president, finance and investment of a Singaporean environmental engineering company from February 2004 to May 2011.
