Van Der Horst Energy Limited announced the resignation of Cheng Lim Kong as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer effective Jan 3 to pursue personal interest.
Based on its enquiries, the Company's sponsor, KW Capital Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that, other than as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the resignation of Cheng Lim Kong as Executive Director, according to a Van Der Horst Energy report.
