Wu Chiaw Ching stepped down as Gaylin Holdings' director

He reasoned current work commitments.

Mr. Wu, 60, was appointed on September 26, 2012. He was chairman for the Audit Committee and member of various committees in the company.

Mr. Wu is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. He is a fellow member of the Singapore Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Certified Public Accountants, Australia. He is a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accountancy), Singapore from Nanyang University in 1980 and a post-graduate diploma in Business and Administration from Massey University in 1985. He also holds a diploma in Management Consultancy from National Productivity Board Singapore in 1988 and a Master of Arts (Finance and Accounting) from Leeds Metropolitan University in 1996.
