Neophyte firm In.Corp Global nabs Raffles Corporate Advisory
It’s poised to see $20m revenues next year.
Corporate services provider In.Corp Global has clinched Raffles Corporate Advisory's secretarial, accounting, and tax practices in an aggressive expansion strategy.
According to the company’s media release, the acquisition is only Inc.Corp’s the first step towards being the first Singapore-headquartered global corporate services provider. The company is looking to grow both organically and through mergers and acquisitions.
“Our plan is to expand to ASEAN within the next three years and globally within the next five years, with revenue target of $100 million,” stated CEO Atin Bhutani.
Bhutani also asserted that In.Corp is looking at markets like Hong Kong, PRC, India, UK and USA, which are currently the company’s major investment and trading partners.
With three more acquisition targets expected to conclude in the 1Q16 alone, Inc.Corp is poised to reach revenues of $18 - 20m in the next year.
So far, the firm has established a robust investor base despite being in operation for less than a year. In.Corp is mulling over raising additional capital to fund its expansion plans, however.
