The bank's Forfaiting & Trade Finance business moved to Hong Kong, headed by Charles Brough and Florence Kwan.

UniCredit Bank also announced the change in the bank's legal name does not affect its brand HypoVereinsbank.

The bank's legal status is not changed as well with the renaming.
