Public Bank Berhad appoints Yik Sook Ling as Chief Financial Officer
The lender deems Ms Yik as suitable replacement of Chang Siew Yen for the post.
The Board of Public Bank Berhad announced the appointment of Yik Sook Ling as Chief Financial Officer.
Mr Yik, 43, has 22 years of working experience in area of auditing, accounting and finance. She started her career with Arthur Andersen and subsequently assumed the role of finance controller, Vice President of Finance , and Finance Director of various commercial organisations and financial institutions, according to a Public Bank Berhad report.
Ms Yik will replace Chang Siew Yen who ceased to be Chief Financial Officer upon promotion to Senior General Manager responsible for a wider area of responsibilities.
