Topped with light egg white foam, the Pisco Sour drink brims with citrus flavours from the fruity combination of Pisco and a homemade Sweet and Sour mix. A dash of bitters accentuates its tanginess and the cocktail is decorated with a lime garnish.
Pisco Sour will be available from 21 June to 31 December this year at $16++ in Heat ultralounge. The ultralounge is open from 5.00pm to 1.00am on Sundays to Thursdays and Public Holidays and 5.00pm to 2.00am on Fridays, Saturdays and eve of Public Holidays.
