It’s prime time! The Prime Society offers weekend brunch

The new brunch menu will only be available on weekends and public holidays from 11.30AM to 3PM, so be quick.

According to a release, the Prime Society is one of the most established modern Australian steakhouses in Singapore that opened its doors in August 2007. Housed in a contemporary chic-meets-colonial style setting, The Prime Society has recently revamped its menus and introduced a brand new brunch menu on weekends and public holidays.

Helmed by the award winning chef Peter Rollinson, the new menu is a marked difference from what it used to offer, with a good diversity and strong focus on using only the finest ingredients and freshest of produce to complement his signature culinary style. Backed by an impressive number of awards including One Chef’s Hat (in Australia) and appearing in numerous consumer and trade publications, Chef Rollinson’s superb culinary craft will certainly create a nouveau experience at The Prime Society.

Besides being a specialist in prime quality steaks and ribs, The Prime Society also serves up a wide variety of fresh seafood, greens and delectable desserts. Wine enthusiasts can also indulge with the extensive wine list besides exquisite cocktail concoctions such as Passion Fruit Breeze and Rose Blossom.

Great Value Lunches

To cater to executive and leisure lunch demands, The Prime Society has also created a set lunch menu that changes on a monthly basis to offer constant variety. Two and three-course set lunches at good value are well-paired with refreshing desserts such as the home made sorbet or coconut panna cotta with lychee and passionfruit salad to end the meal on a lighter note.

Weekend Brunch Indulgence

With constant request from customers for Sunday brunches, The Prime Society decided to incorporate a delectable brunch menu that is available on weekends and public holidays, from 11.30 a.m. till 3 p.m. (last order at 2.30 p.m.). Ranging from light breakfast favourites of egg dishes to heartier options of sandwiches and meats (steak, bacon and egg; wagyu corned beef; fish and chips to name a few), champagne and wine lovers can also indulge with the premium selection of wines and spirits available throughout brunch. The a la carte menu is also available throughout the weekend.
