Kuriya Dining rolls out February course

The February course includes seasonal winter yellowtail grilled with sesame sauce and steamed oyster with garlic dressed with salsa sauce.

Aside from its monthly course created by Master Chef Tsuzuki, Kuriya Dining also has seasonal set lunch for the month.

February’s seasonal set lunch features rice bowl topped with southern bluefin tuna and fresh baby sardine served together with grilled orange-flavoured ocean trout at $40.

Meanwhile the February course is priced at $108.
