An official opening promo is available from now till 30 June 2012, where one dines free for every three paying adults.

In a release, Millenium Hotels revealed Orchard Hotel’s new restaurant outlet “Noodles” located at the Lobby Level.

Those with a penchant for authentic Cantonese noodles and Chinese delicacies can head to this sleek new noodle destination in town and enjoy bowls of affordable, slurp-worthy Handmade Cantonese noodles freshly cooked with quality ingredients. A must try is its signature Abalone Noodles!

“Noodles” is a casual concept, with three unique selling points - ‘mian’ or homemade noodles, ‘liao’ or the use of fresh Ingredients, and ‘bao yu jiang’ or the Chef’s signature Abalone gravy. “Noodles” aims to become a favourite destination for all, foreigners and locals alike to satisfy their noodle cravings at affordable prices,” said Andrew Tan, General Manager of Orchard Hotel.

The noodle menu is created by award-winning Group Masterchef Chan Kwok of Hua Ting, famed for its top notch Cantonese cuisine. With “Noodles”, diners can tuck into bowls of authentic Cantonese noodles with premium ingredients in a casual environment. Staying true to its name, “Noodles” only offers noodles! Three types of specially selected noodles, Handmade noodles, Egg noodles and E-fu noodles, are available and diners can choose to have it either Dry or in Soup. The ‘wow’ factors about this establishment are that the noodles can be customised according to guest’s preferences and the chilli sauce was created specially for the noodles by Chef Chan Kwok.

The uniqueness of “Noodles” lies in the mix and match pairing of noodles and ingredients. Diners can opt for dry noodles topped with a rich Abalone Sauce or noodles in Superior Chicken Soup. Choices of quality ingredients such as Whole Premium Abalone, Fresh Scallop, Sea Perch, Tiger Prawn, Soya Chicken, Stewed Beef Brisket & Tendon in Homemade Brown Sauce, Stewed Pig’s Trotter in Fermented Beancurd and Braised Minced Pork with Bean Paste Sauce are then paired with the noodles for a simple yet delicious meal. Round off the meal with our delicious sides which include Stewed Beef Brisket & Tendon and Stewed Pig’s Trotters in Fermented Beancurd and the desert of the day.

A bowl of noodles is priced between $12.80 - $15.80 with a special set comprising a bowl of noodles, a plate of vegetables and a drink priced at just $19.90. Changing the perception that Chinese delicacies command a premium price tag, “Noodles” allows everyone to enjoy premium noodles at affordable prices.

An official opening promo is available from now till 30 June 2012, where one dines free for every three paying adults.
