Asia Pacific Breweries incorporates New Zealand subsidiary

Glenfield Hospitality Limited has set its sights on investing in a food and beverages outlet.

Two APBL indirect subsidiaries, Barworks Group Limited and Barworks Holdings Limited, will hold a 75% and 25% stake, respectively in the newly established subsidiary.

The incorporation was announced in a company disclosure to the Singapore Exchange. APBL added that Glenfield Hospitality has an initial paid up share capital of NZ$100.
