Sprout serves quality salads that rival those prepared in restaurants.
Sprout was built around the belief of living well by eating well, says founder Stephanie Er.
"Feeding your body only with the good stuff, because what you feed it directly affects how you look and feel," she says.
"We believe in serving good, honest food that also tastes great, so you'll covet what you see at Sprout. A good salad is not just a bowl of vegetables, but a balanced meal when the right ingredients are incorporated. We hope for people to allow their sense of taste take them one step closer to a positive mind and a healthier standard of living," Er also shares.
All of Sprout's salads are uniquely crafted so one can't find anything that's exactly the same elsewhere in Singapore, claims Er. "We were determined to stay away from conventional salad selections such as Caesar, Waldorf, Nicoise, among others," she notes.
They are also especially handpicked to deliver a well balanced meal that aims to fill customers' tummies without compromising on taste. All of Sprout's dressings are also freshly handmade at their shop, says Er.
Er shares that her daughter was actually the one who inspired her to start Sprout. When she was pregnant with her daughter, she was always on the look out for quality salads but realised that one can't really get a quality bowl of greens unless one visited restaurants. "We wanted to bridge that gap," says Er."
For now, Er says, Sprout is working on encouraging more fast takeout orders, part of the establishment's initiative to serve quality salads that aren’t limited to restaurants.
