Food Empire appoints Fong Choon Seng as Chief Financial Officer

The company’s ex-CFO Lawrence Yeo agreed to extend his post until 7 October.

The Board of Directors of Food Empire Holdings Limited (the “Company”) announced the appointment of Mr. Fong Choon Seng as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

The board also said that Mr. Lawrence Yeo, who resigned last 12 September, has mutually agreed that his last day of service with the Company be brought forward to 7 October 2011, according to a Food Empire report.
