Oriental Food appoints Lee Wan Sing as Director of Corporate Affairs
Lee is tasked to manage the company's investment policies.
The Board of Oriental Food Holdings has appointed Mr Lee Wan Sing as Executive Director of the Company on the recommendation of the Nominating Committee of the Company, The board considered Mr Lee a suitable candidate for this position based on the strength of his calibre and experience.
In such position, Mr Lee will be responsible for the investment policies and related matters as well as public affairs of the Group, according to an Oriental Food report.
In the past, Mr. Lee worked as Director of Patek Capital (Holdings) Pte Ltd. He was also the Chief Financial Officer of Oceanus Group Ltd and Oriental Food (Holdings) Ltd.
