Petra Foods appoints Amos Moses Yang as Chief Marketing Officer
He will be take over building brand equity.
According to an SGX release, Mr. Amos Yang has joined the Company as Chief Marketing Officer, Branded Consumer division, and will be responsible for building brand equity and market share growth across own brands within Consumer Division.
He will focus his efforts on marketing and brand development for our key markets in Indonesia, Philippines and SE Asia, as well as for the international expansion of the Branded Consumer division at a Group level and he will report to the Company’s CEO, Mr. John Chuang.
Amos graduated from Seton Hall University, in 1995, with a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing. Prior to joining the Company, Amos Yang spent 7 years with Novartis Consumer Health holding various marketing management positions where he most recently was responsible for Excedrin, the company’s largest brand. He spent 2 years at L’Oreal Paris developing Customer Marketing initiatives for their strategic categories, in New York (2003 – 2005), and has extensive Sales and Trade Marketing experience, Philip Morris USA Inc (1995 – 2003).
