This gym squeezes functional training workout in just 20 minutes
Ritual Gym aims to make exercise a vital part of a busy employee's day.
Ritual is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) gym founded by Brad Robinson and Ian Tan. Revolving around a 20 minute functional training workout, Ritual provides the perfect exercise option for those on the go.
Taking away the usual problems and excuses for workouts during a busy day, Ritual Gym provides its members with full workout attire, spa grade changing facilities and showers as well as a meal replacement smoothie, getting its members in and out in half an hour.
It is founded by Brad Robinson, who previously had 12 years of corporate experience predominantly in the field of security, surveillance, and investigations, Brad is a successful business leader and entrepreneur now driven by his personal passion for health and fitness.
"Ritual Gym changed the fitness industry in Singapore. Other gyms have now started to adopt HIIT programs, mobility and functional training. Ritual helps you change your lifestyle and mindset in addition to your training. There is an entire community being built around this," Robinson said.
Demand for memberships has been so strong that it was either start putting people on a waiting list to join or expand with a new location. Robinson added that many clients requested a Holland Village location, and it "all just fell into place, at the right time."
He added that there is potential for another branch or two in Singapore. "Also, since Ritual Gym already has corporate partnerships outside of Singapore (Ritual Gyms have been opened in several LinkedIn offices exclusively for the employees), plans are already in the works for an international location very soon," he said.
