Q&M Dental acquires 60% stake in three dental clinics for $2.6m

All are located in Liaoning.

Q&M is acquiring two dental clinics in Panjin City and one clinic in Gaizhou City, both located in Liaoning, China.

These acquisitions will add three dental clinics to its China operations. The clinics will be purchased at a total consideration of $2.6m.

The group has also Separately, it has proposed to enter into a partnership with Liaoning Medical University (LMU) to privatise LMU Stomatology Hospital No. 2.

Founded in 1988, the hospital is accredited by the Chinese national health insurance. It provides full stomatology services and acts as a training centre for LMU students. It houses 48 dentists on an 11,000 sf floor area with more than 100 dental chairs.
