QT Vascular launches new catheter in China

It’s for the treatment of peripheral arterial blockages.

QT Vascular announced approval and launch of GliderXtreme PTA catheter in China. It has partnered with renowned distributer, Shandong Weigao, to distribute its products in China. QT Vascular has made its initial shipments to Weigao and has additional shipments pending.

GliderXtreme is designed for the treatment of peripheral arterial blockages. According to OSK-DMG, launching this product in China will allow the Group to benefit from the ageing population in China.

OSK-DMG also believes rolling out of QT Vascular’s new products in China and other new markets and acquiring approvals for its existing products in new markets will likely be a catalyst for QT Vascular’s share price.
