Raffles Medical Group will acquire a chain of ten clinics in China, Vietnam and Cambodia for $34.3m (US$24.5m) in cash.
The clinics are owned by International SOS (MC Holdings), which had a net tangible asset value of about $7.4m (US$5.3m) and book value of $7.56m (US$5.4m).
THe acquisition will be internally funded.
