Singapore Medical Group incorporates subsidiary in Singapore

The Centre For Joint & Cartilage Surgery Pte Ltd was registered with a paid up capital of S$100.

Singapore Medical Group Limited (SMG) on 24 August 2010 has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore known as Centre For Joint & Cartilage Surgery Pte. Ltd. (CFJCS), an SMG report on Tuesday said.

CFJCS was registered with an issued and paid-up capital of S$100.00 comprising 100 ordinary shares.

The principal activity of CFJCS is to provide joint, cartilage and general orthopaedic surgeries.

The group said the investment of S$100.00 is funded through the SMG’s internal resources.
