Star Pharmaceutical delists from main board of SGX

The company will acquire its remaining shares.

Star Pharmaceutical Holdings will be delisted from the main board of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) on 6 December, according to an SGX filing.

Star Pharmaceutical has said in its proposed delisting on 15 November, that it wishes to exercise its right of compulsory acquisition, and be the sole shareholder of the company.

The company will be effectively delisted from the board upon completion of the purchase of the remaining shares.
