Asiamedic appoints Tan Wang Cheow as Director

He has been Chairman and Managing Director of Food Empire Holdings Limited.

The Board of Asiamedic announced the appointment of Tan Wang Cheow as Director.The Nominating Committee of Asiamedic has reviewed the credentials and experience of Mr Tan and recommended his appointment as Non-Executive Director and Non-Executive Chairman of the AsiaMedic Limited. The Board of Directors has accepted and approved his appointment based on the recommendation of the Nominating Committee 

Mr Tan, 55, has been Chairman and Managing Director of Food Empire Holdings Limited, according to an Asiamedic report.
