Eu Yan Sang Internatonal's Alternate Directors resign
Recommendations in the revised Code of Corporate Governance prompted resignation of Alternate Directors.
The Board of Eu Yan Sang International announced the resignation of Ma Wah Yan, Billy as Alternate Director to to Mr Eu Robert James Yee Sang; Laurence Yee Lye Eu as Alternate Director to Mr Eu Yee Fong Clifford; and Eu Yee Tat David as Alternate Director to Mr Eu Yee Ming Richard.
The Board has reviewed the offices of the alternate directors and decided to vacate the said offices in accordance with the recommendations in the revised Code of Corporate Governance 2012, according to a Eu Yan Sang Internatonal report.
