Health Management International names Chin Wei Yao as director for finance and corporate development

He was associate director for private equity at KV Asia Capital.

Health Management International announced the appointment of Chin Wei Yao as director for finance and corporate development effective 1 April 2015.

Mr Chin, 33, will be responsible for the supervision of the group's overall financial reporting matters and driving the development of the group's hospital and other healthcare services, healthcare education and training business in Singapore and the region, according to a Health Management International report.

He was associate director for private equity at KV Asia Capital from 2013 to 2014, business consultant at Health Management International from 2012 to 2013 and vice president for strategic corporate finance at Sindicatum Sustainable Resources Group from 2009 to 2012.
