Healthway Medical appoints Pee Tong Lim as Director

Pee Tong Lim was also a member of the Audit Committee.

The Board of Healthway Medical announced the appointment of Pee Tong Lim as Director. Upon the recommendation of the Nominating Commitee, which had reviewed the qualifications and experience of Pee Tong Lim, the Board of Directors approved his appointment as Independent Director, according to a Healthway Medical report.

In the past, Pee Tong Lim, 62, was Group CEO of United Malayan Land Berhad from Sep 2009 to Feb 2012. before this, he was Director of Finance & Corporate, United Malayan Land Berhad from Aug 2006 to Sep 2009 and Acting Group CEO, United Malayan Land Berhad from Dec 2005 to Aug 2006.
