Medtecs International's Director George Edwin Sycip resigns
Mr Sycip was also the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee.
The Board of Medtecs International announced the resignation of George Edwin Sycip as Director. Mr Sycip resigned on own accord in order to spend more time on personal interests in other endeavours, according to a Medtecs International report.
Mr Sycip, 55, was appointed to the post 19 September 1999.
