Olivier Lim Tse Ghow joins Banyan Tree Holdings as director

He is subject to retirement and may stand for re-election at the company's next Annual General Meeting, pursuant to its Articles of Association.

Banyan Tree Holdings announced the appointment of Olivier Lim Tse Ghow as independent non-executive director.

Mr Lim, 50, was group deputy CEO (January 2013 to September 2014), chief investment officer (February 2012 to January 2013) and senior vice president, Strategic Corporate Development (August 2011 to February 2012) at CapitaLand, according to a Banyan Tree Holdings report.
