Oriental Group appoints Wu Dingrong as Director
He is in charge of the overall operations, management, strategic planning and business development of Jiangyin Jincheng since 2003.
The Board of Oriental Group announced the appointment of Wu Dingrong as Director. The Nominating Committee has recommended the appointment of Mr Wu as the Non-Executive Chairman, a member of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors has approved his appointment based on his qualifications and work experience.
Mr Wu, 61, is the founder and director of Jiangyin Jincheng Steel Co., Ltd (“Jiangyin Jincheng”) since 2003. The main business activities of Jiangyin Jincheng is manufacturing and selling of angle bar for construction of electrical towers, according to am Oriental Group report.
As an executive director of Jiangyin Jincheng, Mr Wu is in charge of the overall operations, management, strategic planning and business development of Jiangyin Jincheng. Mr Wu is also responsible for the development of production and retail arm of the steel business. With his extensive industry knowledge and a wide network of business contacts, Mr Wu’s contribution has been vital to the success and development of Jiangyin Jincheng.
