Oriental Group's Director Chen Choon Khee resigns
Mr Chen was also Deputy Chairman, Member of Audit Committee and Nominating Committee.
The Board announced the resignation of Chen Choon Khee as Director to pursue his personal interests. Mr Chen Choon Khee concurrently ceased to be a member of the Audit Committee and the Nominating Committee.
Mr Chen, 45, was tasked to monitor the Group's marketing and promotion of properties and performance.
He was appointed to the post 29 November 2010, according to an Oriental Group report.
