Oriental Group's Executive Chairman retires
Liou Fangyou also ceased to be member of Nominating Committee.
The Board of Oriental Group announced the retirement of Liou Fangyou as Executive Chairman.
Mr Liou, 62, retired by rotation at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 27 April 2012 and although eligible, did not seek re-election as the Company has disposed of its peanut products manufacturing business. Mr Liou concurrently ceased to be a member of the Nominating Committee.
Mr Liou was tasked to oversee the strategic direction of the Group.
He was appointed to the post 23 February 2004.
