Aztech Global plans Singapore Exchange comeback

Technology firm Aztech Global seeks permission for a fresh initial public offering.

A preliminary prospectus has been submitted to the Monetary Authority of Singapore to allow technology firm Aztech Global to be relisted on the Singapore Exchange, the company announced.

It did not disclose details on the shares offered or funds to be raised. The offer would not be available to Malaysia, Hong Kong and other economies.

Aztech Global was previously delisted on 17 February 2017.

The company manufactures internet of things devices, data-communication products, LED lighting products, and other electronics.
