Khoo Ho Tong had been an Audit Committee Chairman and member of the Nominating and Remuneration Committee.

The Board of Asiatravel.com announced the retirement of Khoo Ho Tong. Based on its enquiries, the Sponsor is satisfied that other than as disclosed in this announcement, there are no material reasons for Mr Khoo's retirement.

Mr. Khoo assumed the role of Audit Committee Chairman and member of the Nominating and Remuneration Committees. He likewise had the role and responsibilities of Independent Director, Audit Committee Chairman, and member of Nominating and Remuneration Committees, according to an Asiatravel.com report.
