Azeus Systems’ Chief Operating Officer quits

Louis Chong Hing Fai to resign his post on 30 November.

The Board of Azeus Systems Holdings Ltd announced that Louis Chong Hing Fai has resigned as Chief Operating Officer effective 30 November 2011, according to an Azeus Systems report.

As the group’s COO, Mr. Chong was responsible for managing and monitoring the daily operations of Azeus’s group and reporting to the Board of Directors.
