DeClout appoints Lim Swee Yong as head of corporate office

DeClout announced the appointment of Lim Swee Yong as head of corporate office.

Mr Lim, 35, will be responsible for providing leadership to the group's business development and growth strategies and to drive its strategic plans including mergers and acquisitions or joint venture projects and other corporate initiatives of the group and for overseeing the group's legal and corporate secretarial functions, according to a DeClout report.

He was vice president of Fullerton Fund Management Company from January 2015 to July 2015, as well as director from January 2011 to November 2014 and senior associate from April 2009 to January 2011 at Stamford Law Corp.
