DeClout Ltd promotes Tay Chia Ping to CEO of Netipay

The board considered his contributions to the group as Senior Director, Business Development for his promotion.

DeClout Ltd announced the appointment of Tay Chia Ping as chief executive officer of Netipay, a a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.

Mr Tay, 35, will be responsible for Netipay's business development and growth and to drive its strategic plans. He is also responsible for synergizing the operations of Netipay with the Company's Games Vertical Domain Cloud business.

He was senior director, Business Development (July 2014 to 18 August 2014) and business development director (January 2012 to June 2014) of DeClout Ltd and vice president, International Business Development of Infocomm Asia Holdings from February 2011 to January 2012, according to a DeClout Ltd report.
