IPS Securex Holdings names Anthony Ang Meng Huat as director

He is also currently involved in the management of a listed REIT which is a highly regulated activity with special emphasis on corporate governance.

IPS Securex Holdings announced the appointment of Anthony Ang Meng Huat as independent non-executive director.

Mr Ang, 59, will also be chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, according to an IPS Securex Holdings report.

He is currently CEO and executive director of ARA Asset Management (Fortune), Manager of Fortune REIT and director of ARA Asia Dragon, Manager of ARA Asia Dragon Fund since April 2010. He is also executive director of Majulah Connection since February 2003.
