We are looking for a dynamic and driven go-getter with commercial B2B sales experience to be part of our growing corporate conference team.
As our sales professional, you are required to present and sell our line of corporate training events to business leaders and senior executives.
To be successful in this position, you must to be self-motivated, enthusiastic, sales-driven and customer-focused to achieve the sales target set by the company.
Most importantly, having the right mindset and attitude determines your career path with us as a Sales Professional.
· Meet performance targets set by the company, in line with the telesales strategy and overall business strategy.
· Generate revenue from new clients through cold-calling
· Build a database of potential clients for our events
· Effectively communicate the value of our events to C-suites and other decision makers.
· Make powerful presentations to potential event delegates, clearly explaining and selling the benefits of specific events.
· Follow through any incoming sales enquiries, and undertake necessary follow-up to close a deal.
· Undertake all necessary administration especially monitoring and reporting of sales activities as determined by the company.
· Maintain a high level of commitment and quality of work.
· Carry out any other duties as directed by the Head of Conference Team.
1. A-Level and above
2. Experience with telesales-based selling preferred
3. Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales target would be preferred
4. A positive can-do attitude
5. Willingness to learn
6. High level of confidence and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to work both on your own and in a team
