Finally removed after almost 3 months.
According to an SGX release, the Board of Directors of Jackspeed Corporation Limited announced that the Company has received a letter from Singapore Exchange Limited stating that the Exchange has approved in-principle the Company’s application dated 29 August 2012 for removal from the Watch-list.
The Company will be removed from the Watch-list with effect from 26 November 2012.
