UMS now has a total of 109m JEP ordinary shares in the open market.
UMS Holdings shelled out $5.7m to buy 7.48% of the issued share capital of JEP. Shares were funded by internal resources, and were paid in cash.
JEP shares closed at 1.6% (0.1 cents down at 6 cents). With a total of $375.2m, JEP Holdings had the most active shares in the market.
