OLS Enterprise announced the resignation of Alan David Gordon as chief financial officer effective 31 July 2014.
Mr Gordon, 54, was responsible for the Group's accounting and financial control matters, according to an OLS Enterprise report.
He was appointed to the post on 2 May 2013.
