Chalermchai Mahagitsiri joins Sino Grandness Food Industry Group as director

Sino Grandness Food Industry Group announced the appointment of Chalermchai Mahagitsiri as non-executive director.

Mr Chalermchai Mahagitsiri, 36, is currently president and CEO of Thoresen Thai Agencies Public Company since January 2012, CEO and executive vice chairman of Mermaid Maritime Public Company since June 2012, vice chairman of Unique Mining Services Public Company since June 2012, Chairman of PM Thoresen Asia Holdings Public Company since June 2013, vice chairman of Posco-Thainox Public Company since 2011 and vice chairman of Thai Film Industries Public Company since April 2011. He is also a director at Premo Shipping Public Company, Thoresen Shipping FZE, Chidlom Marine Services and Supplies, Gulf Agency Company (Thailand), GAC Thoresen Logistics, Athene Holdings, Thoresen & Company Bangkok, Fearnleys Thailand and Thoresen Shipping Singapore.
