China Environment names James Kho Chung Wah as independent director

He was appointed on October 10, 2016.

It is a non-executive appointment.

Mr. James Kho Chung Wah, 40, is also managing director at Willan Capital where he is responsible for overall management of the company since 2013.

He was previously executive director at Pacific Star (Greater China) from 2014 to 2016 where he was tasked to originate real estate acquisition opportunities and formulate exit strategies investments and investment management.

He was also senior vice president at Maybank Kimeng Corporate Finance from 2010 to 2013 and at DMG & Partners Securities from 2007 to 2010 where he originated and oversee the execution of corporate finance related transactions.

He also worked as associate director Rabobank International in 2007 and as manager at HL Bank from 2004 to 2006 where he was tasked to originate and oversee the execution of investment banking related transactions.
