Dennis Chia Choon Hwee joins STATS ChipPac as CFO

The board is satisfied that he possesses the qualifications, work experience and competencies for the position.

STATS ChipPac announced the appointment of Dennis Chia Choon Hwee as senior vice president and chief financial officer.

Mr Chia, 45, will be responsible for all accounting, financial management, internal controls and investor relations.

He was vice president, Finance, Asia Pacific Operations (August 2006 to December 2013) and vice president, ASEAN (April 2012 to May 2013) of Lear Corporation; finance lead for supply east (project based) of Shell Eastern Petroleum from April 2006 to July 2006 and group CFO (May 2003 to March 2006) and managing director for Europe (November 2003 to October 2004) of Behringer Corporation.
