Fuxing China Group appoints Ma Clor Lung as Chief Financial Officer

He will replace Koh Choon Kong in overseeing the company's finance, accounting, investor relations and strategic planning matters.

Mr Ma Chor Lung who is currently the Group's Financial Controller since 31 July 2008 has been re-designated Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") in place of Mr Koh Choon Kong. The Audit Committee ("AC") has reviewed and assessed Mr Ma's qualifications and working experience and has recommended his appointment as CFO to the Board. The Board has approved Mr Ma's appointment as CFO based on AC's recommendations.

Mr. Ma will be responsible for all matters relating to finance, accounting, investor relations and strategic planning of the Company, according to a Fuxing China Group report.

Mr Ma has been with the Group since 31 July 2008 as the Group's Financial Controller. Prior to that, Mr Ma worked as Manager at Shu Lun Pan Horwath Hong Kong CPA Limited January 2008 - June 2008; Assistant Manager Grant Thornton, Certified Public Accounts July 2006 - December 2007; Senior Associates from January 2005 - June 2006, among others.
