GP Batteries International announced the demise of Andrew Ng Sung On on 17 April 2014.
Mr Ng was responsible for the overall functioning of the Board and the daily running of the Company's business. He was also a Nominating Committee member.
He was appointed to the post 27 September 1993, according to a GP Batteries International report.
