Gul Technologies Singapore appoints Lin Xinyu as Chief Financial Officer
He will take charge of all aspects of accounting, internal control compliance, financial planning and reporting.
The Board of Gul Technologies announced the appointment of Lin Xinyu as Chief Financial Officer. The Nominating Committee (“NC”) reviewed the qualification and experience of Mr Lin and recommended his promotion from Financial Controller / Finance Vice President to CFO of the Company. The Board of Directors, having considered the NC’s recommendation, approved the appointment of Mr Lin as CFO.
Mr Lin, 40, will be responsible for all aspects of accounting, internal control compliance, financial planning and reporting, according to a Gul Technologies report.
He is Financial Controller / Finance Vice President of Gultech (Wuxi) Electronics Co. Ltd., China from November 2004 to June 2012. Before this he was Technical Manager of PT Sentra Sintetkajaya, Indonesia from August 1996 to October 2002.
