Hanwell Holdings appoints Tan Hui Ann Sherry as Joint Company Secretary
She will be tasked to manage the Corporate Secretarial Department and act as a Joint Company Secretary.
The Board of Hanwell Holdings announced the appointment of Tan Hui Ann Sherry as Joint Company Secretary. The Board has approved Ms. Tan's appointment after reviewing her qualifications.
Ms Tan, 30, will oversee the Corporate Secretarial Department and act as a Joint Company Secretary.
In the past, she was a Partner of Agile Corp Services LLP from July 2010 to May 2012. Prior to this she was Corporate Secretarial Assistant Manager of FMG Corporate Services Pte. Ltd. from April 2010 to June 2011 and Paraglegal of Abogado Pte. Ltd. from November 2007 to February 2010.
