International Press Softcom names Loh Yih Zach as Director

He is also the Remuneration Committee Chairman, Audit Committee Member, and Nominating Committee Member.

The Board of International Press Softcom announced the appointment of Loh Yih Zach as Director. The Nominating Committee has recommended the appointment of Mr. Loh as an Independent Director of the Company and the Board of Directors has approved his appointment based on his qualifications and working experience. 

Mr Loh, 48, has been the Managing Director of MGF Management Pte Ltd since 2006. Before this, he was Managing Director of Netplus Communications Pte Ltd from 2005 to 2006 and managed his personal private equity investment from 2001 to 2004, according to an International Press Softcom report.
